While showers are cramped and walls thin, the friendly staff always offered assistance. I’d gladly return for the excellent location and cleanliness.

This place was just a proper fit for a quick stopover in Nice with incredible value for money. Bring a fan during the summer because the A/C struggled a bit in the heat.

The convenient proximity to the train station made for an easy arrival, especially late at night. A pleasant surprise was the small balcony, perfect for enjoying snacks from the fridge. Unfortunately, the cramped shower entry posed a bit of a challenge, making it less comfortable than expected. While the dining options were quite basic, I appreciated the daily fresh baguettes offered during breakfast, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The breakfast offerings left much to be desired and were quite basic for the price. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for its locational advantages but would hope for improvements in room design and better breakfast options.
